# Persistence acceptance evidence — owner decision, 2026-09-08

The owner accepted the proposed fresh, sealed end-to-end acceptance set for the persistence
milestone: “lets assume your suggestion when we get there.”

This does not reopen extraction-v1 ruling D-EX-7. The extraction slice still has no held-out
validation result; its spent reserve is not made independent by re-running or re-scoring it.

Before the persistence acceptance run:

- Select new documents not used to tune that implementation; keep the acceptance set out of tuning.
- Independently verify expected outcomes against the source documents, including expected human holds.
- Agree and freeze the acceptance criteria, expected results, scoring rules and software/configuration.
- Exercise the entire journey: intake, extraction, correction where required, company/entity/account
  resolution, duplicate protection and register persistence, including amounts, signs and periods.
- Preserve the first measured result before any correction. Distinguish later key appeals and
  development reruns from the original independent measurement.

Dataset composition, thresholds and the operator's review protocol will be specified at the start
of the persistence slice, before the set is opened for acceptance. No new dataset or production
change is authorized or performed by this record.
